The third phase of International City is located in the southwest area of Dubai. The site encompasses 731 hectares of undeveloped land and, when building is complete, will house many of the workers who will be employed in various businesses in the exciting new Business Bay area of the city and in Dubailand. Phase III is designed to provide a pleasant living environment, with plentiful green areas and landscaped pedestrian networks that will link the residential neighbourhoods to schools, shops and community facilities. The new internal public transport system will link the developments with the LTR network, which will link with Business Bay and Dubailand.

The Building
Sphere Gardens is situated in the western part of International City Phase III, a large, residential complex which is an eight minute drive from the airport.
