The room revenue from all of the apartments within The Cube will be pooled to achieve the Gross Revenue. From this ALL OF THE COSTS associated with the management, maintenance and running of the building are deducted leaving the Net Operating Profit. The Net Operating Profit is then split 50% to the hotel management company and 50% to the owners.





Owner has 30 days of use per calendar year (blackout periods apply). Additional room nights may be rented by the apartment owner for 50% of rack rates subject to availability.
