There will be three options available to purchasers. All purchasers will be issued with an inventory list together with the condominium rules 120 days prior to occupation.



Option 1 - Luxury Homeowner

This option enables the purchaser to retain sole and exclusive use of the apartment - including for friends, family and business associates for 365 days of the year. Meanwhile, the hotel will discreetly service the property on your behalf and provide their full range of services on demand. By choosing this method the purchaser is guaranteed a familiar resting place with a high level of services.

Option 2 - Own-to-lease

In this case the hotel, or your appointed agent, would find 3rd party tenants and negotiate agreements with them for continuous, fixed periods of your choice. Naturally, the apartment will be regularly serviced throughout and the full range of hotel services and facilities will be continuously at the disposal of the tenants.

Option 3 - Relax & Earn

The third alternative is to hand back your investment to the hotel to manage fully on your behalf. This way, you receive a guaranteed share of the income obtained by the hotel as a result of renting your
apartment to the guests. Depending on the availability of the apartment, the Hotel will endeavour to meet the purchasers own short-term accommodation needs.
